Creating Party Policy

Every other year our party holds its National Convention. One task of the convention is to edit and review present party policy for relevancy and to examine newly submitted policy items for possible adoption; all in the need to meet the demands of changing times. This exercise allows party membership to democratically shape the direction of both the party and the nation.

In preparation for these National Conventions, party members are asked to review standing party policy and if deemed necessary, create new policy.  To accomplish this, members of the Party are urged to examine the Conservative Policy Declaration which is found by clicking on “Policy Declaration” seen on the right.

Should a member find opportunities for improvement in our party’s present policy or have new policy items which he or she feels should be included in policy, please use the “Contact Us” button of this website to submit those ideas in order to start them on their way to the national level.
